Orders

When will I get my order?
We hand-make each gem just for you, so please allow a little extra time for production.
Orders are usually manufactured within 2–3 business days, plus up to 2 additional days for Royal Mail 24 tracked shipping.
If it’s been more than 10 working days since you ordered, drop us an email at orders@tomee.co.uk and we’ll check it for you.

Please note: we don’t manufacture or ship on weekends or public holidays.


Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
You can also create an account to view and track your orders directly from your Tomee dashboard.


Can I cancel my order?
Because every tomee gem is handmade to order, we can’t always cancel once production has started — but email orders@tomee.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


I received the wrong item
So sorry about that! Please email orders@tomee.co.uk with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll get it sorted right away.


My order arrived incomplete
If something’s missing, please email orders@tomee.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll check what’s happened and make sure you get the missing piece quickly.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you offer express delivery?
We don’t offer express shipping as standard and even with express delivery, we can’t guarantee express manufacture.

Are tomee gems interchangeable?
Yes! All tomee® gems fit our core jewellery bases — rings, necklaces and badges.
You can snap, swap, and restyle them endlessly.


What is tomee Jewellery made from?
Our bases are made from stainless steel — no green skin, no allergic reactions, just shine and comfort.


What are tomee gems made from?
Each gem is crafted by hand using high-quality resin and special-effect finishes like mirror, glitter, holographic and glow.


How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your tomee® pieces looking their best by:

  • Avoiding water, perfumes and lotions

  • Storing them out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place

  • Gently cleaning with a soft cloth only


Will my gems look exactly like the photo?
Because every gem is handmade, small variations in colour or finish can occur — that’s part of their charm!


Product Care & Gem Safety

How do I remove or swap my gems safely?
They do just pop out, it’s super easy!
There’s a small lip on either side of the gem casing; use your nail to gently lift and pop out the gem.
Avoid using tools or anything sharp. They’re designed to come out with a light touch.


Are tomee® gems safe for everyone?
tomee® jewellery uses secure magnetic fittings, designed for daily wear.
However, tomee products contain small parts and magnets and are not suitable for children under 3 years (choking hazard).
Keep away from anyone with a pacemaker or similar medical implant that could be affected by magnets.
If a magnet or gem is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.


Can Tomee jewellery get wet?
We recommend keeping your tomee pieces dry.
Avoid showers, swimming pools and perfumes — moisture may dull the resin finish and reduce magnetic strength over time.


Do magnets lose strength?
Our magnets are designed to last. Keeping them clean and dry helps preserve their hold.
If a gem ever feels loose, check for dust or residue around the magnet and gently wipe it clean before re-attaching.


Can I wear Tomee jewellery every day?
Absolutely! Tomee jewellery is made for everyday style.
Just treat it kindly, store your gems flat when you’re not wearing them, and they’ll keep their sparkle.
Our Gem Palettes or even the fridge door are perfect for safe storage and easy access.


Are tomee pieces recyclable or refillable?
Our stainless-steel bases are fully recyclable.
And because tomee gems are interchangeable, you can refresh your look without replacing the whole piece, just swap the gems and keep reusing your favourites again and again.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
As each piece is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email orders@tomee.co.uk within 7 days and we’ll put it right.


My jewellery arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email orders@tomee.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo.
We’ll replace any faulty or damaged item as soon as possible.

No — you can check out as a guest.
But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save favourites, and view your gem collection history.
