Orders

When will I get my order ?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Please note that we manufacture each gem by hand uniquely for you so please allow an additional 2 business days for manufacture. You should receive your order within 2-3 days of despatch. If you have not received your order after 10 working days please email us at orders@tomee.co.uk

Please note that orders are not processed, manufactured or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Can I track my Order ?

Yes for UK deliveries you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this to track delivery status.

Can I cancel my order ?

All our gems are hand made especially for you, so unfortunately, once we have begun manufacturing your items the order cannot be cancelled.  Please Please email us at orders@tomee.co.uk to see what is possible.
